Project Overview
Concrete Services Newcastle
Everything we do, in one list. Driveways and surfacing, repairs and resurfacing, outdoor concrete, polished finishes, and the earthmoving and demolition work that often has to come first.
Driveways & Surfacing
Concrete Driveway Installation A driveway built properly from the subgrade up, with base, reinforcement, falls and finish all settled well before the first truck is booked. Exposed Aggregate Driveways A textured driveway with visible stone detail, dependable everyday grip and a finish that suits Newcastle brick, weatherboard and coastal render alike. Plain Concrete Driveways A clean, economical driveway with straightforward detailing and dependable access, suited to family homes, rentals and investment properties. Coloured Concrete Driveways Tie the driveway to your roof, render and landscaping using integrated pigment or a surface-applied colour system built for UV exposure. Stamped Concrete Driveways A patterned surface taking its cues from stone or paving, formed as one continuous concrete pour with no joints for weeds to find. Stencil Concrete Driveways A stencil pattern and contrasting colour hardener used to define borders or create a paver-inspired driveway at a lower cost than full stamping. Paving Paved driveways, paths and outdoor areas built on a base deep enough and compacted well enough to keep the surface flat and draining. Asphalt Asphalt driveways, car parks and access roads placed over a compacted base, with the edges, falls and joins detailed so they hold up.
Repairs & Resurfacing
Concrete Driveway Resurfacing Refresh a tired concrete surface where the slab underneath is still sound enough to carry a bonded resurfacing system. Concrete Driveway Repairs Targeted repairs to local damage, broken edges, surface wear and movement, starting with what actually caused the deterioration. Concrete Crack Repair Cracks treated according to their width, movement and position rather than filled with the same product regardless. Driveway Replacement Remove a failed driveway and rebuild it properly when widespread cracking, settlement or a poor original layout makes patching pointless. Driveway Extensions Add usable parking or turning space, with the junction between new and existing concrete detailed so the addition looks deliberate. Concrete Sealing Protect concrete and simplify cleaning with a sealer chosen for the specific surface, its exposure and how it gets used. Concrete Spalling Flaking, crumbling and blown concrete diagnosed and repaired properly, treating the corroding steel underneath rather than covering the damage. Concrete Leveling Sunken slabs, paths and driveway panels lifted back to level by filling the voids beneath them, with no need to break the concrete out.
Other Concrete Services
Concrete Slabs Prepared and poured slabs for outdoor structures, utility areas and residential builds, sized and reinforced for what they actually have to carry. Concrete Patios A usable outdoor area that connects properly with the house, garden, doorways and any covered entertaining space. Concrete Pool Surrounds A cohesive pool edge and entertaining zone with drainage, comfort underfoot and wet-area slip resistance considered from the start. Concrete Pathways Clear, durable pedestrian routes linking gates, gardens, sheds and outdoor areas around the property. Shed Slabs A square, level base sized to the shed you have bought and the storage or workshop use you have planned for it. Retaining Walls Retaining walls and concrete fencing built to hold the slope, drain properly and suit the boundary you are working with. Concrete Pumping Line and boom pumping that gets concrete exactly where it needs to go, including the parts of a site a truck will never reach. Concrete Finishing The finish decides how concrete looks, how it grips underfoot and how much care it needs, so it is worth choosing deliberately rather than by default. Polished Concrete New or existing concrete ground, honed and polished into a hard-wearing floor, with the gloss level and stone exposure decided by you. Concrete Floor Polishing The slab already sitting under your carpet, tiles or vinyl, ground and sealed into a smooth, easy-clean finished floor for living areas, garages and workspaces. Concrete Grinding High spots, adhesive, failed coatings and trip hazards ground back with dust-extracted machines to leave a flat, sound surface. Concrete Coating Protective and decorative coatings for concrete floors, driveways and outdoor areas, chosen to suit the surface and how it gets used. Concrete Benchtop Concrete benchtops cast for one kitchen only, made to your dimensions and finished to suit the room they are going into. Concrete Barriers Precast barriers delivered and set in position for traffic control, asset protection, site security and permanent vehicle separation. Concrete Stumps Replace failing timber stumps with concrete, bring the floor back to level and give an older home a footing that cannot rot.
Earthworks & Demolition
Demolition Controlled demolition of concrete, hardstand and structures, with services isolated first, neighbours kept in the loop and the block handed back clear. Concrete Drilling Clean core holes, saw cuts and openings through existing concrete, with reinforcement and buried services scanned and confirmed before the bit touches it. Excavation Site cuts, footings, pool digs and drainage excavation, set out and dug to level with access and spoil sorted out first. Earthworks Bulk cut and fill, levelling and compacted pad preparation that leaves a site at the right height with the falls actually working. Trenching Trenches cut to line, depth and consistent grade for stormwater, sewer, conduit and irrigation, then bedded, backfilled and reinstated properly. Digging Everyday digging for footings, posts, pits and services, with every underground asset located and confirmed before the bucket breaks ground. Concrete Removal Unwanted concrete broken up and taken away with the house, services, access route and neighbouring property properly protected. Concrete Recycling Old concrete broken out, sorted on site and sent for crushing instead of landfill, with recycled base available back for the next stage of the job. Concrete Disposal Broken concrete loaded, carted away and taken to a licensed recycler wherever the load is clean enough to divert from landfill.
